1. Population and dissenters: We have forty five Families in our Parish, no Dissenters or Meeting House of Dissenters of any sort or Denomination.

2. Public or charity schools: We have not any Publick or Charity School, endowed or otherwise maintain'd, in our Parish.

3. Alms-house, hospital or charitable endowment: We have not in our Parish any Alms=house, Hospital, or other charitable endowment; neither have any Lands or Tenements been left for the Repair of the Church or other pious Use.

4. Residence upon cure: I do reside personally upon my Cure, and in my Parsonage House.

5. Curate: I have no Curate.

6. Divine service at other churches: I do perform Divine Service at the Parish Church of Bittadon every other Lord's Day in the After=noon; And administer the Holy Sacrament of the Lord's Supper there three Times in a Year.

7. Frequency of divine service: Divine Service is perform'd in my Church twice every other Lord's-Day with a Sermon in the Morning; And once with a Semron in the Morning when I perform Divine Service at Bittadon.

8. Frequency of communion: The Holy Sacrament of the Lord's Supper is administred in my Church five Times in the Year.

9. Number of communicants: I have in my Parish sixty two Communicants, whereof twenty usually receive. The Number of them who Communicated at Easter last past was about fifty.

10. Catechising of children: The Children are catechiz'd in my Church every other Lord's-Day in the After-noon from the 25^th Day of March to the 29^th Day September at which Time my Parishioners send their Children and Servants to be instructed in their Catechism by me.

11. Chapels or chapels in ruins: We have no Chapel within our Parish.
